What is V-SPACE?
V-SPACE (Semiconductor Prototyping, Assembly, Characterization & Engineering Centre) is a comprehensive initiative at VIT Vellore aimed at enabling end-to-end semiconductor product development.
It brings the entire value chain under one roof:
Design → Prototyping → Manufacturing → Testing → Product Development

With in-house capabilities such as SMT lines, commercial-grade PCB assembly, and advanced testing & characterization labs, the students, researchers, and industry partners can now go with faster product development cycles, real-world validation of ideas, creation of commercial intellectual property and hardware start-ups with Prototyping-as-a-Service (PaaS) model
Industry labs within VIT bring real tools and real challenges and live industry projects, giving students hands-on problem-solving exposure which enables rapid prototyping and debugging.
